How to remove plastic end pieces from bumper

Happy new year to everybody.

I would like to know how to take off the two small plastic pieces from the front bumper without taking off the whole bumper. These are the two pieces which are found just behind the fog lights and many of you remove for a better air fow to the radiator.

Just grab them and pull... They pop right off...
