How to read INj duty on AVCR?
 

okay..on idel its like 94-96 range.
when i drive it gets lower.. (80-85%) range.

some one explain this to me?

hmmm, that cant be right, at idle it should be about 4% duty cycle at about 850rpm and if you have high idle like me (1250 rpm), it will get to about 6% at idle. i think you hooked it up to the wrong thing.

You were suppose to hook up wire to the rear primary injector wire on the ecu, try checking this again. You could have also hooked it up to the front primary injector wire as well.

P.S. Secondary's don't come on under no load conditions such as idle.

there are two ways to hook it up. one is to read RPM, the other is to read injector duty. you hooked is up correctly to read RPM (i hope). i have the same situation and want to read both, so i've been thinking aout putting a switch in so that i can switch back and forth. i can tell you which wires go where if you still have doubts.
