How to NOT reverse injectors connectors?

You guys have a trick or something? Hard to guess which one goes where, on my 1992 JDM.

It usually will just sputter and pop if you have them reversed.

They are color coded.

Front primary is LG/R
Front secondary is LG/W
Rear primary is LG/B
Rear secondary is LG
Those all go to the ECU.

They all have a B/Y for power

The forward injector plugs have white tape on them. It seems you don't have that anymore though. Once you get them in the right place, mark them for the future.

If still unsure, you can measure for continuity at connectors on the Emissions harness ..
The attached diagram shows connector pinouts with wires facing away from the viewer and ECU locating pins along the connector top. The injector terminal will always be the one on the right, with connector assembly facing up.
If still unsure of 26 pin connector orientation, measure for ground on 3 shown left terminals to 1 of 2 large ground eyelets on the harness, or car chassis if harness is installed.
(not to the smaller ECU chassis ground eyelet) .
I use straightened small paper clips wrapped around multitester probe tips to insert into connector terminals.
You can measure with the harness installed, by extending 1 probe lead with a jumper cable or spare wire.
