how much HP would I be looking at?

I have been on these forums for about a month 1/2 now (still a novice!) I work from home so I usually am on them all day reading different peoples builds ect.. This forum rocks because everyday there is always something new to read!

Anyways down to business I have been kinda planning a route for my FD that I just purchased around a month 1/2 ago ;) so my goal for this summer is to finish the outside, Bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, and some minor body work, and well my plan to have accomplished by the start of next summer is the engine. I have been tossing the idea back about staying with the twins but getting the BNR stage 3 rebuild from the Rx7 store, I would also be completely redoing the fuel system with 2 fuel pumps and the biggest injectors from turblown also fuel rails and lines, and pressure regulator, and getting a aftermarket ECU, I would also be getting a V mount intercooler/radiator, dual oil coolers, and the HKS ignition, and Meth injection. Lastly I would be converting it over to E85 (seems to be very common in Minnesota and I have a gas station less then a mile from my house that has it)

So with that being said what kinda power ranges could I estimate having? current engine is not ported and I wont be doing a port until I plan for a rebuild the following winter and I have about 4k-5k miles on the current rebuilt engine.

An e85 BNR set up could potentially hit 500whp. More likely you'll be in the low to mid 400's.

I think Rich(GoodFella) holds the record for BNR twins power production at 487(ish?)whp

What do you have done to your engine right now?

The highest I've seen the stage 3 BNR's was around 430whp non-seq. I haven't (myself) seen the sequential BNR's hit 400. Thats what I'm shooting for, kind of feel like I'm dreaming tho.

Not ever going to happen. It's a nice thought though, cause if I could get that amount of power and have the response that the twins provide I'd be all over it.

To the original poster I'd say until you port the engine anywhere from 380-400 rwhp if the engine isn't tired.
