How to make my fd 100% reliable

I just bought my fourth now 3rd gen rx7. I have experienced many problems with my other 7's. This 7 i just bought is a 93 r1 with 13000 miles on it, its quite pristine. Anyways. I was wondering if anybody could give me some sort of idea or lists of parts that i could use to make this thing very reliable, so i dont have to continue to rebuild it continously. My first 7, also a 93 r1, was rebuilt 4 times before i sold it. My second, when it came time for a rebuild i had the engine modified to handle more power, increase capabilities and size everywhere, and i added as much cooling for the engine as possible, i dropped in a custom sequential twin turbo system from blitz and i yet i had to rebuild the thing again. I did drop a 20b in my third but its my show ride and i hardly ever drive it, so no need for the rebuild. I'm used to dumping in lots of cash to get huge boost and awesome speed but my new purchase is for my girlfriend because she loves 3rd gens, she isnt to concerned with the power and wants more reliability than anything. Can anybody help me out on this on. Its greatly appreciated! Thank you!

beyond getting the downpipe, Alum AST, upgraded Rad, vaccum lines, boost & water temp guage and all that I would say to keep your 7 in good shape is treat it well...meaning don't fire it up and within the next 5-10 minutes go flooring it and boosting while the engine is still cool...let it warm up...and whenever you feel the need after it's warmed up take her to redline clear out the carbon deposits, and in general make sure you change the oil regularly...don't go drivin for 4,000 miles and all of a sudden realize oops I need to change my oil...and when you stop let it sit at idle for a 30 secs or so and lets the turbos stop spinnin...there really isn't too much else you can do expect drive the car and have fun. The 13B may need a rebuild every 100k or so, but everything has a price...you have a bad ass sports car that handles like butter, and stops on a dime...Other cars like that cost in excess of 50 grand so I would say having to rebuild or do some work every once in a while is a fair price to pay
