On a stockish Fd, torque braces are nothing but band aids that get normally used in place of fixing the actual problem of worn drive train parts. Worn engine mounts, broken PPF, worn diff bushings should all be fixed before adding something like that. They can also put a ton of strain on the LIM's mounting flange. In my early modding days I did the same thing you are thinking of doing. I added a brace to my engine and went drag racing. I thought it would help my miss shifts. After a few weekends at the strip, I developed a leak in my LIM because the brace prevented engine movement. The Fd likes to wheel hp A LOT. With that brace in place, my engines LIM had to absorb all the drive train shock because of how the brace is mounted. That's not to say they are useless. They can be beneficial on highly modded Fd's because of the torque increase. Fix your drive train stuff, add your brace but, stay away from wheel hope and you will be fine.

i dont track my fd
however i do som hard pulls here n there.... should i still put it.. or its guna hurt the LIM
or should i just get better engine mounts

New engine, trans and diff mounts would benefit much better than a brace itself if all of those other pieces are original.

Hard pulls aren't a problem it's the wheel hop that's the most damaging with that brace. If you have weakened factory drive train mounts, that brace will adsorb too much load and distribute it to the LIM. That's why everything else needs to be in great shape before you add that brace. Even then, avoid wheel hop and you will be fine. The brace is only used to help keep the engine from torquing so much.
