How does it sound?

Does any one have a sound clip of a FD with a down pipe racing beat muffler and factory main cat?

personnaly, i always thought that racing beat muffler were too raspy for my taste, idk about with a cat in there though. perhaps it might sound good

sacabon 01-15-04 08:54 AM

racing beat raspy?! wow i've never heard that one.

I thought the racing beat had a deep tone to it but it was kinda loud not as quiet as everyone says

my car sounds the best of one that Ive heard
borla xr1 in the midpipe and greddy sp catback
althought the catback doesnt look as good as it could imo

from a previous thread......not written by me

"I have a video of mine at http://tom93r1.kicks-ass.net:8080/vid/RB.AVI

It really doesnt do the Racing Beat justice as far as the sound goes.

My exhaust consists of down pipe, high flow, and the RB."

This says its with a HF cat and not the stock cat, I don't know what the difference in tone would be, but this can give you a general idea of it i think

This is straight through with the racing beat.
