how do you adjust a bov?

I just got my apexi bov, and in the manual it says you have to adjust the spring tension after you put it on, so there is no vacumm leak during idle, if you loosen it too much it will stall and leak boost during acceleration.

there is a hex screw on top to adjust the spring tension, how do you adjust it?

Thanks,

Randy

I can figure out that much!

I know how to turn the bolt!
What I wanted to know is what effect will it have if I tighten it all the way in, @ highest spring pressure?
Will it only vent at high boost pressure?
Seams like it would defeet the purpose if it wasn't sensitive enough to vent low boost.
How about the other way?
If I back off the screw to the lightest spring setting? Wouldn't that just make it vent at sooner & be more sensitive? Can you go too far & lose boost pressure due to bypass?
So with all that said, is there any specific way to set it up?
Kind of hard to adjust, under boost, unless my car is on a dyno.
