i am gonna purchase blitxz type 03's 17x8 in the front and 17x9 in the baCK does anyone know what size tire i should use and what offset do i need and what tire recommend

1FAST7 is right, Rishie and SleepR1 can help you out. My advice would be to get 17x9s for both front and rear and run 245/40 17s. I think you need approximately a 45mm offset.

Depends on how much power you want your tires to be harnessing. I'm assuming that if you're going with 17s that you're not going to be venturing beyond the 300 hp range in terms of modifications. The 245's in the rear sound about right, but I've seen up to 275 on modified RX-7s. I wouldn't push those Corvette sizes, but on something around in the 400's of hp, I'd set 265's as my limit. The car I saw with the 275's was a Tri-turbo ripping 900 hp in Japan.
