Your coolant seals are done.

Everything you're describing is everything I went through when mine were bad.

Rebuild here you come.

did you fix your FD yet? because by the stuff you've changed. you should try tightening the waterpump
belt because it might be slipping like what happened to
mine or inspect the waterpump make sure the bearing isn't shot.
