Help - Need a quick answer on bolt torque
 

I'm working on my turbos right now and I was replacing the copper seals for the coolant lines on the turbo. There are 2 bolts for each of the two coolant lines.
What is the tightening torque for these bolts, can't find it anywhere in the manual.
The bolts are hollow so I'm affraid to overtighten them.
Can anyone help please, I can't put the turbos back untill I do this.
