Help me fix my car rotary gods

I was wondering if you guys could give me some sort of checklist of things to do to get my car started, or figure out the problem. I have a 93 if that makes a difference. I have been busy for awhile and it has been sitting in the garage for about 2 months. Im about to go pickup the battery from autozone, it was getting a recharge. When I first tryed to figure out what was wrong I got some new NGK plugs from advance and put them in but, no help. Also, when I first tryed to figure out the problem, the battery was fully charged, but the interior lights would not come on, including the dash guages. The headlights will flip up and turn on and the a/c will turn on but the kenwood flipscreen CD player will not flip out either. I'm guessing this could be a fuse problem? which fuse would control all of the lights etc., but not control the headlights, or a/c? The car is also completely stock. No engine bay modifications have been done except an aluminum ast. Any help would be greatly appreciated since the closest rotary specialist is a long way away, and I am trying to diagnose the problem and possibly fix it today. Thanks guys.

Electrcal problems suck ass dude, not to freek you out. I'd say buy a multimeter and start testing fuses and wires and see where the power stops. Then again i'm not a rotary god, just trying to give you some ideas.

Have you checked the fuse box near the battery to make sure one of the obvious ones is not blown?
