Help with Factory Service Manual

I posted a thread in the wheel/suspension/brakes, but got no replies.
It is really not brakes related, although I am doing the brakes on my car.

I would like to know how to read the torque specs for the bolts and nuts in the factory service manual. Could somebody help with that?

There are 3 sets of numbers. One outside of these {brackets} and two sets between those brackets.

If I understand it correctly, the first set of numbers is Nm torque values, which to me means the torque specs should be between those two values.
Those in the brackets are respectively Kg/m and ft/lbs values, as well expressed in ranges.

Is all I wrote correct?

Also, do you have any suggestions in regards to what to torque at (close to minimum, around the midway, or close to the top)?

Thank you

From the general info section at the beginning of the manual:

N*m {kgf*m or kgf*cm , ft*lbf or in*lbf}

Thanks, I read that, also it is noted in at least each of the pages that I looked at and had torque specs for bolts.
I just wanted confirmation, together with what value is best to use within the range (at least what the experts suggest).

I pick the middle of the range and often overshoot slightly.

Thank you, I'll go for that, make sense to me.
