Angry Help with Emissions

Ok guys. I've had this car for 2 years and have never had a problem with emissions till the past two days. i failed really bad and don't understand why. this is what is done to my car.

DP,catback, FMIC, ECU upgrade, efini y-pipe. i am running all 9's for the plugs and the cat is in place as well as the air pump. i passed last year with no problems and the same mods. anyone have any ideas where to start looking. i know the air pump is working because i can feel it sucking in air and it makes that moo sound sometimes under acceleration. yesterdays test yeilded hydrocarbons @ 1.86 and Carbon monoxide @ 32.3......well above the standards set by illinois

help if you can
thanks
david

Cool

At this point it can be anything. It could be your cat, or your spark plugs?

I'm still surprised you're still having it tested like that. Don't you know there's always a better way to get that silly emissions paper?
