help: electrical gremlins

alright, where do i start...

first a little background, its a 93. i bought the car as a shell, then swapped an ls1 in (please hold the flaming)

now to describe the issues. none of the gauges work, the lights for the gauges only work when the key is off, and on acc. they turn off when key is fully on. also, the windshield wipers dont work at all. The turn signals work all goofy, ranging from staying on, to getting brighter when the lights go on, only on the left side, the right doesnt do anything with the lights turned on, then blinks rapidly with the lights off.

I know this description is kind of cluttered and a huge clutter of symptoms, so i'm going to get a vid posted up within the next day.

any help would be appreciated, thanks

I have a post up there as well.

an update:
i found a few that weren't connected - These solved the turn signal issues, and the lights only coming on during acc and off.

The windshield wipers, and the pop-ups for the lights are still not working, as well as the tach and possibly other gauges... (coolant and oil are not hooked up atm, as well as haven't tested speedo since haven't driven car yet)
