help deciding turbo upgrade and few others?

I am working on a project car and finally found out my engnie has bad compression, off to have it rebuilt along with having it street ported and upgraded seals, but in the mean time i might as well throw in some upgrades. this is miata converted to 3rd gen rx7. i bought the car with the mods done to it allready.

well to start off the car has stock twins with aftermarket intercooler, aftermarket radiator, have a power fc for it thats not installed, greddy air intake elbow with injector ports.

i am having troubles figuring out some upgrades that i should purchase, dont know what is best to run on the rx7 so that is why i need help.

this car will be driven on the street also. i do not want a lot of lag.

i plan to upgrade the fuel system, clutch/flywheel setup and put a new turbo(s) in.

i want the car to be around 0-60 in about 4 second range, i do not know how much horsepower the car will need to accomplish this.

i dont know if it would be best to put in a single turbo or upgrade the stock twins since there is a lot of custom piping made so it would be easier to swtich twins i would suppose, maybe not.

any suggestions on low cost / high value parts would be great for the necessary fuel system upgrades, clutch/flywheel (street driven) and turbo (single or upgraded twins) thanks

a good all around turbo would be the AF61 from gotham racing....great boost response and excellent top end power...

I would definately go with a single turbo...I would go with a Turbonetic Turbo...http://www.turboneticsinc.com/ ...Great prices along with a quality product....

As far as the size you should go with, I would do alot of research in the Single Turbo section....I was totally lost on what size turbo I wanted to run...After 5 hours of reading (and alot of talking to my new main mechanic Rob) I decided on the Turbonetics T-70 turbo...

As far as fuel upgrades go....I went with a supra pump, 1600cc secondarys, and upgraded rail....To keep up with the T-70 single turbo....

I hope this helps with your search for answers....The single section will have alot of helpful info though for sure...

Thanks,
Shawn

I'd consider BNR Stage III twin upgrade.
From what I understand, it will give you nearly ZERO lag, close to max HP of a small-med single. I don't have figures in front of me, but I'm sure they support over 400 whp. That should be more than enough to get a Miata into the 4 sec. range 0-60, assuming you can keep the tires from frying and the rest of the drivetrain intact. It also corrects almost all of the reliability problems of the stock twins. It will require a slightly modified efini 'Y' pipe (which may come with the turbos...not sure) but other than that, it should bolt right up to where your stock twins are right now.....no re-plumbing etc.
