Help Analyse Boost Pattern

First turbo (8.5 to 10 Psi)
Transition (5.5 to 7 Psi)
Second Turbo (8-9 psi always) with boost gauge needle shaking.

I think the first turbo is fine. it just reacts differently depending on how the acceleration starts...i.e. sudden as opposed to gradual. Gradually it gets up to 10 psi usually...randomly flooring it it gets up to like 8.5...the transition seems a bit low and obviously the second turbo is not up to par cuz it never gets to 10psi. What could be causes?

Well it is the SEQ system it is a bitch sometimes but with that said! Have you done a ty-rap job(replace the vacuum hose)? if not do it soon so you can get the b.s stuff out of the way and while you are doing it test all the solenoids while you are down there or it is like 1/2 assing it:) and after that tell us your results.if you need help on doing the job check out this site

Check the basics too.

Are you still running a precat? If yes, depending on age and usage, it may be getting plugged.

With the boost gauge needle shaking, that could indicate a boost leak. Check the coupler between the y-pipe and pipe to the intercooler. Check all of the intercooler piping to make sure that you do not have any leaks.
