HELP. 6psi. Searched over and over
Hey everyone. I have been batteling thing problem for about a month now. I have searched over and over and cant find a possible solution. The car is converted to full NonSequential. All the hoses are replaced. Double throttle is disabled. I cant find any vaccum hoses that are leaking. I have a PFC i bought brand new and havent touched a setting in it yet. Still have the stock pill in the wastegate line. The precontrol actuator is gone. The precontrol door is wired closed. The car builds boost fine to 6psi, but will NOT go over that, in any gear. Any idea what the hell could be causing this? PFC setting or something else i missed. All the IC couplers are brand new Vibrant 3 ply and i have a greddy FMIC.

Doesn't sound like you did the conversion correctly. Why would you have the precontrol wired shut if you want the turbos to run at the same time ? ? ?

Ok, I'm no non-seq specialist, but I would assume your goal is to have the system like it is at 4500 rpms sequentially:
http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...erOverview.htm but all the time. If so, you want the pre-control open. |
Make sure your wastegate and pre-control solenoids have the right plugs on them, if there swapped, you'll only boost 6psi. Also read through the site mentioned above, it helped me fix my boost problems.

im going to take a look at that precontrol door. I know i read someplace the position didnt matter, but its not making sence to me how with it closed it can create full boost.
