Help!!!!
I'm posting this for my friend Garrett who's having problems not only with starting a new thread on the board here but with his car as well.

This is the problem I had in Jacksonville last night.. Leaving the Jax. meet. I believe its the alternator shorting blowing the fuse.. Also is this why I am not getting power to my ECU? Any help would be appreciated..Thanks.. |
well if you think it is the alt then disconnect it and start the car... just make sure the hot wire does not ground out somewhere or you will melt the fusible link to the alt and need to start a why is my car not charging thread. the egi fuse will blow if one of the old controll systems is shorted. maybe the aws etc. make sure those unsed wires are tucked away safely if the alt does not pan out.

I have finally been able to do some searchs and it is probably a loose wire touching metal or a ground wire loose.. I will begin my search.. Anyone more comments will help. Thanks Garret.. Thanks for reply "mad"
