Heater stuck on, vent controls non-responsive

It looks like my heat is stuck on and on the defrost position. My fuse tester is busted so I need to pick one up but is there a specific place I should be looking?
I haven't pulled the dash apart to look at the controls yet. Searched around the forums but only found issues when pfc was being used.

Your airmix door may be stuck in the "heat" position. Most likely the actuator needs to be replaced. My understanding is that the dash needs to be pulled to fix this. Its possible that you may be able to manually close the door to the cool position.

Does the temp dial still click and stop when you rotate it?

I believe it still clicks but will double check when I get home

I can feel the temperature and vent dials click. The fan speed also seems to work (can hear it) though I don't feel anymore air come out. Looks like the dash needs to be pulled for that....
