Heat resistance bolts?

Hey every couple months I notice my damm turbo exhaust manifold leak from the engine exhaust manifold. I have tight these bolts till they snap so it's not that I don't tight enough it's well tight to me. Aslo it happen when i drive my car hard> Bosting like 12-14 lbs. Is there any special bolts that I can use to prevent this from happening again? thank for the help.

You should tighten the nuts to spec, not as hard as you can. If they are coming loose then you might want to replace the studs and the nuts (not cheap). I can see intake nuts coming off with no loc-tite, but not exhaust. I re-tighten bolts and nuts on my car every 500 miles, but never had an exhaust nut back out. I and many others use anti-seize on our exhaust parts that are up near the motor.

Buy a torque wrench, maybe you are not tightening enough.

Best of luck.

(1) maybe one or both of the two gaskets are bad.
(2) maybe the exhaust manifold surface is warped.
(3) maybe the turbo housing mating surfaces to the manifold
are not aligned in the same plain.
(4) use orig Mazda fasteners

Next time pull all and on the bench check the fit between the
turbo housing and exhaust manifold without the gaskets.
Then get new ones.
