Headlight Problem HELP!!!!
 

Ok, I drive a '94 fd and I am having some headlight problems. When i turn the switch on the driver's side pops up and is just fine, but the passenger side takes about 10-15 seconds to pop up and when it does the light is very dim. I have read some post about this problem but still have not got a definite answer. I have read to check the harness, wires and the grounding straps. Where are these grounding straps? The weird thing is that this does not happen all the time. And when i push the little button inside (to flip up the lights) they both flip up fine. Also when my headlight is dimmed the passenger side turning signal blinks funny.

Any help would be appreciated!
