Having trouble removing pressure plate bolts
I am having trouble removing the 6 pressure plate bolts from the flywheel. They turn, but they will not come out. I am trying to remove them in a crisscross pattern, but no luck in removing them. Any suggestions? The goal is to remove the engine. Car is a 94 RX7, ACT clutch, Racing Beat 9.5 flywheel.

If it's a Racing Beat flywheel, there are probably nuts on the back of the flywheel (i.e. the flywheel itself isn't threaded).

I was afraid of that. I have remove service hole A and B for access. There is not much room to hold the nut while loosening the pressure plate bolt. Any solutions?

+1 check for nuts<----- :)

I tried that, but I didn't have any success.

I read all the stickies and watch the youtube video of releasing the throwout bearing in a Mazda RX7 FD3S

If you are removing the engine, I recommend you pull the trans with it. Many people prefer to do it that way in the first place. Then you'll be able to work the release collar better when it's clear of the car.

Undo the throw-out bearing properly. ;)
