In the US, we just got the built-in molded tray with the tire holddown bolt, the lug wrench, and that's it. Many FD's came with the security lugs, and dealers normally put the security lug tool in that tool tray.

In Japan, the middle tool hole has a sheet metal 21mm socket for the spark plugs, and the far side is a rod that goes through the back of the spark plug socket hole to give you leverage. They also had the removable tray that goes on top of it with a screwdriver, slip joint pliers, 10/12mm wrench, and 14/17mm wrench.

I was lucky enough to stumble on the JDM toolkit a while back. It actually didn't come with the screwdriver, but I found an almost identical screwdriver in a Subaru toolkit in the junkyard - you can see it in the picture of my hatch.

I'm fiendish on tracking down goofy JDM stuff like that :).
