You can probably just make your own one of those. Just run a hose from the passenger side "oil cooler" location to your intake and voila.

is it just me... or is the air gonna goto the path of least resistance.... ie right through the sides of the filter without getting the "cold air"

It will suck air from the sides, but it will still suck some air through the pipe. As long as the end of the hose is in a cool spot, the intake air should still be cooler than it would be without the hose.
