Hardlines for CJ Motorsports Dual Bosch Pumps

Does anyone has some pics of the CJ Motorsports Dual Bosch pump hanger with hardlines, and what size lines did they use, I remember seeing some but after searching I couldn't find them.

Thanks
Luis

The general consensus is that it is impossible to do hardlines with the cj hangar, maybe if you get creative with some fittings ad bending you can do it. but AFIK no one has done it successfully.

The pics you saw were before the person tried to install it and later realized the assembly was too high.

I've done it with -an fittings. Had to get creative and machine them down to get the right lengths. There is no way I would install that assembly with the soft lines looped around like suggested. They will fray every time you try to take the pumps in or out. Pic was on my old phone that died but let me see if I can retrieve it. If you want to send me the carrier I can do it for you.

I looped mine with -6AN hardline and Speed Flow check valves.

This does not work.

Ended up with looped submersible hose on push loc fittings, kept popping lines at the fitting.

Now compression on the submersible hose which has worked for quite some time.

Where do you buy or find the plastic fuel pump clamps

Here is what I did. Had to get creative with -an fittings. A couple of them I had to put in a lathe and shorten. This allowed for a leak free setup that is easy to drop in and out of the tank. I would never install this thing again by trying to loop push lock lines. They will get frayed and eventually fail. I can replicate this for you if you want to send me the carrier.

Here is one I did a few years ago. I had to modify the fittings but it worked out great!

Thanks for the pics, I might take you up on your offer. Still waiting on 1 of the 2 pumps to be delivered.

I think that last one is the winner.
