Good power cold, less when warm
Hi, I have a '94 touring, automatic. The car has good power when cold, but seems to have noticably less power when at operating temperature, even when at 70 mph on a cold Seattle day. no idle probs, no missing, just less power. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you are making "good" power when cold, you are not doing the engine any favors. You should keep it below 2K RPM until it is warmed up to prevent rapid engine wear. Check the usual things, compression, boost etc...

Any useful input? Or is this considered normal? Can't remember this issue with my '93 FD...

cold start
Most if not all cars will operate better when cold it's the nature of the beast. I dont know why but also the warmer your engine gets the better gas mileage you will see it's a weird little thing. Nver cruise around in the 7 when cold I always let my car idle 4-5 minutes before I even move it.
