i have searched and searched for a source in the quest for some updated fd lighting. i see that corksport sells these glass housings for over 450 dollars, that price seems really high. there must be a better source. any help would be very nice. thanks so much.

People seem to be happy with the ebay Kayee brand "projector" housings setup combined with Silverstar bulbs. I'll be running that setup as soon as my housings show up..

I think he's looking for glass headlight housings guys. Although, I would stay away from them. All it takes is one nice little rock on the highway and they're toast! On another note, I have some after market housings that I LOVE!

My bad, I assumed the Kayee were glass.

I have proof there not marking them up much at all. In fact , it surprises me how small their profit is.

Mazda Motorsports charges $425 for a pair. Which is the same price the dealer would pay (if he could order them).

I actually have a pair of the glass headlights that I ordered from Corksport.
They are an improvement over the stock plastic lights.

Flip up lights seldom see UV that discolors the plastic lens, but glass does give a sharper, more defined beam pattern & higher light transfer.
