Fuel rail set up.. pics?

I have a FFE primary and secondary fuel rail, im having a hard time getting it to look clean and function properly to go from the primary fuel rail into the secondary fuel rail in series ( like stock set up).. pics or something would be nice

45 degree ORB to AN into the Primary, 90 out of the primary and loop it parallel with the rotor housing. Get a -6AN Male to -6AN Female with a 1/8" npt port in the middle to run your gauge into, then screw that into a 90 degree ORB to AN fitting coming into your secondary, then plumb your FPR into the outlet of your secondary rail like the picture. Take your rails to Any local Hydraulic shop and they should be able to outfit you with fittings cheaper than a performance store.

FFE also sells a low profile 90 degree banjo

The best part of this setup is having your FPR directly attached to the outlet of your secondary rail, it saves a ton of space.

Here's a pic of the hard lines I did on my friends car. I ran it in series, but I went through the secondary rail first.

^hardlines look fantastic. I probably should have went for hard tube between the two rails, but I ended up making it work with the fittings I had on hand. Hose is PTFE braided with heat shrink over. It is right near the minimum bend radius though. You can also see my added FPD in the lower left on the "T".

what fittings did you use? is it stainless or aluminum line? I'm thinking it would be easiest to just bend some hard line and put a fitting on

It's stainless tubing, but because it's not seamless I had to use SECO seals to prevent leaks. The fittings are all AN flare fittings from Earls. It was a exercise to do, but it did turn out nice.

i ran it parallel so it might be different than what you have planned:

don't want to run mine in parallel, but I was thinking of doing the same thing for my fuel pressure regulator

Great alternative to doing a huge loop from the secondary to primary rail.

3/8" 316 SS Lines and Fittings

The transition from top to bottom rail is tough - even a normal 180 Radius I could not bend tight enough to clear the water pump in front so I went 180/90.

A lot of good looking setups. Can I get some info on the pulsation damper mount and setup?

I used this to put mine together lol.
I changed it slightly to add a fuel pulsation dampener to the pressure side. Otherwise this is my fuel system people!

I ran a 150 degree -6 AN from the secondary rail to a compression tube fitting -6 adapter on the primary banjo fitting. Very clean looking and it only used about 4 inches of hose.

Fuel Pressure Regulator

Its actually my FPR.

Went OEM for reliability (3 Bar version).

I mounted it direct to the rail.

If you want a FPD you can attach to a port on a FPR (not return side).
