Well, I do not know if it has been posted or suggested, but I know that the Buick GN people "hot wire" their fuel pumps. This entails a heavy wire from the battery to the fuel pump with a nice HD relay to activate the pump. They use the stock wiring to turn on the relay. Their have been tests done by one of the GN vendors showing how much pump flow fell off with voltage drop. It was scarey. I plan on doing this mod, but a little differently because of our fuel pump resistor. I am going to run a wire from my rear mounted battery (10ga) to a relay in the hatch area. I will run the out of the relay to the fuel pump connector. I will extend the wire that activates the fuel pump relay (the one that bypasses the resistor) to the rear mounted relay and use that signal to activate the full voltage bypass relay. So when the ECM goes to full pump power it will be through my wiring and relay and the FP should see just about full batt voltage.
