Fuel pump base pressure

I upgraded my fuel system last summer when doing my single turbo setup. Originally went with a Supra pump from rx7.com and had a base tune done by Nelson S. (Haltech Elite) Then a couple months ago I decided to go with the CJM duel pump hanger & single Walbro 450 pump & have expand ability in the future. I do not recall what my base fuel pressure was set at ( I thought it was 50 psi for some reason) when Nelson did the base map. Now with key on i'm at 50 psi base fuel pressure. My question is can changing the fuel pump change the base fuel pressure. My initial thought is no because the FPR was previously set, is that the case?
Thanks for the help
Mike

38psi is stock regulator at 0 manifold vacuum/pressure, disconnect the vacuum line. Fairly common to run a bit higher pressure to squeeze a little more out of injectors.
Flow shouldn't matter because the regulator works on pressure in fuel rail against a spring. The only way i could see it changing is if youre overwhelming your return line/regulator which is very unlikely/impossible. Definitely going to want to figure it out because it changes the tuning, do you notice any changes in AFR?
