Fuel Problem...Need Help!!!
 

Here's what we did to the car and now I am having a major fuel problem. The problem is my car is dumping way too much fuel at start up.

I replaced my XSTo4S single turbo setup with a Turbonetics T61 turbo. I replaced my LIM with a polished LIM. I replaced my 980cc secondary injectors with 1300cc secondary injectors. We pulled some of the emissions "junk" off the LIM and installed several block off plates. I replaced my NGK wires with Magnacore 10mm wires. I also replaced my NGK 10.5 plugs with NGK 9's.

We have been trying for a couple of days to get the car started. The car will start a run for maybe a minute and then it dies. The idle is very rough during this time. There is fuel everywhere; however, there is no fuel leaking from the injector area.

I believe I either the 1300cc injectors are stuck open or we pinched a o-ring when installing the 1300cc injectors.

Has anyone experienced this problem? What was the cause and fix????

First get a good fuel rated fire extinguisher.
Where is it wet from fuel specifically other than everywhere? You need to be able to have an idea of where it is coming from unless the entire system is leaking.

I agree.. Be VERY careful messing with a leaking car. Fire = NO GOOD.

If one of the injectors is thought to be stuck open, or there is another physical/mechanical problem, I suggest you stop trying to start it and remedy the problem.

If you are just getting too much fuel from the injectors and are flooding, you can remove fuel in 25% increments in the PIM voltage menue on the PFC in the 1000 and 2000 rpm range until the car runs.

Also make sure you have all the correct settings in the PFC for the larger injectors.
