Anyone ever install one of these in an FD?

yes lots of people have what do you need to know?

I'm about to pick up my defi D-series fuel pressure gauge and I'm about to do the install. Just want to make my life easier knowing what kind of work is involved....ie. where to install the sending unit, would I have to purchase any extra stuff (T-connectors, fuel hoses, etc).

I did a search but came up with a bunch of stuff that's not related to this project.

You'll have to tap into a line somewhere unless you have a FPR, in which case you already have a port for the sending unit ready.

Install it where ever you'd like. Typically it's after the injectors.

I never installed a FP gauge, is the sending unit reading a vacuum line of the fuel or actually spliced in-line to a fuel line??

it is teed into the fuel feed line, before the regulator. the lines are right by the elbow, pretty easy on the fd actually
