Fuel cut problem need help

Well recently I had replaced my fuel pump, lines and filter. My fuel tank was disgusting. Crap everywhere. Well needless to say I had cleaned it out before putting my new items on my car.
Now the problem is that under WOT ill hit some sort of fuel cut. If I put the pedal to the metal the car bogs down. But while under normal driving conditions the car wouldn't do this. What could the possible problem be. I have some what narrowed it down to there probably still crap in the tank and it could be sucking it up through the pump and going into the motor. But I had consulted one of my co-workers friends and he had said it could be a number of different things. Nothing in too much detail. So it would be greatly appreciated for everyones input and I can remedy this problem, before something happens to the car. :(

How much boost are you pushing? Do you have the stock ECU?

If you are pushing too much boost ( over 12psi) on the stock ECU it will hit over-boost fuel cut.

If you are at stock boost levels then when does the bogging occur?

If it is around 3700 rpm then you have a problem with the secondary injectors not spraying.

With the information given, my best guess is that during the change you somehow got debris into your secondary injectors causing them to stumble when coming online.

Fuel filter

so it could be the seccondary injectors. thanks ill check it out and my fuel filter again. im gonna take the fuel pump out again and check the tank again. possibly change the filter if it isn't the seccondary injectors

Remember, there are 2 fuel filters - 1 a sock filter ahead of the pump in the tank, and the usual fuel filter above and to the rear of the diff.
