Which flywheel weight/clutch to buy?

I just finished putting on my MP. Put everything back together went out to play, only to find out my car got slower? Well, to make a long story short I found out my clutch is on the way out. I want to get a good aftermarket clutch/flywheel combo. My 1st question is what weight works best for performance yet still leaves enough bottom end for daily driving? And what clutch has proven best at 320rwhp?(and still allow for more HP later on)? Thanks in advance
Sean

without a doubt.....ACT street/strip clutch with a 9.5 lb. flywheel.

that is the most common setup, and is not a pain in the ass in bad traffic.

I know like 4 or 5 people the with setup mentioned above ... that is where I am headed when mine goes south ....

I have the Racing Beat 12lb flywheel. It takes a little more technique to get out of first gear. Very noticable difference in acceleration. Your only problem will be if you live in a very hilly area - it will be harder to get rolling from a stop up a hill. I've had this setup for a year with no problems. I drive the car almost daily.

I kept the stock clutch (replaced it with a new one). Racing Beat tells me that it is good for 400hp. I wanted to keep the stock engagement while I got used to the flywheel. I think the car might be a pain to drive if the clutch engaged more suddenly.

When my clutch started going (114,000 miles) I replaced it with ACT Street/Strip & 8.5# alum Flywheel from Pettit.

With the clutch being replaced, I went ahead & had the engine & turbos rebuilt.

Wow! what a difference!

anybody have an idea of how much labor should cost to get the ACT clutch and fywheel installed?

Thanks guys, guess I'll go with the act/ 9.5 lb flywheel. I plan on changing the clutch myself, as I have with all my past vehicles. But upon looking in the manual(bible I should say) I see some PRESSED on articles concerning ie flywheel and counterweight. Are these difficult to remove? Do I need any particular tools to do this? Any idea on how much one of these trannys weigh? I once changed a tremec out of a mustang by myself, on jackstands no less which turned out to be more than I bargained for, and I dont want to kill myself under my car; should I cosider.....Letting someone else change my clutch?
