Fluidyne radiator
I just put mine in and I'm wondering how much water it should take. How do I get all the air out of the coolant system?t

It depends, if your block is completley empty it will take about 2+ gallons. I had previously changed my coolant before I installed my fluidyne, and so it only took 1.25 gallons. I installed my spooled AST and it took a few more ounces to fill it over stock.

When I did it I put in as much as it would take, then ran the car for a few minutes, then allowed the car to cool. I repeated these steps several times. I don't remember how much it ended up taking but it was quite a bit.

the whole system will take a little over 2 gallons... If you've ever flushed your system before, you'll end up using a little bit more fluid than before because the Fluidyne tanks hold more that the stock radiator. I *highly* recommend that when you're filling back up, you remove the coolant hose from the throttle body - that will release the air as you're pouring, which will keep you from having to burp the system repeatedly after fill-up (burping the system is a pain in the ass).
