Flooding problems
I need some help. I just finished putting my car together and yesterday I tried starting it up for the first time in over a year. I had installed a heay street port that I rebuilt when i was in okinawa. anyway when I was cranking it over, it wasnt ignighting. I narrowed my problems down and I figured out i was flooding the car. I am currently running 850cc primarys and 1300cc secondarys with a Sard FPR and Power FC and commader. I tried the pulling the spark plugs, taking out the fuel pump relay and cranked it again to get the fuel out. but as soon and I tried it again, it was flooding again. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it.

Did you verify you are getting spark?
Are you plugs new? Are they fouled? |
check to make sure pfc is programmed for 850 primary?
|
every time mine floods i just push it off?
if it wont push off then change the plugs there fouled out. |
Mahjik- Im getting a spark, they brand new plugs and no there not fouled out.
monster box- The PFC is set at 850 bryant- What do you mean by push it off? |
get someone to push you and you sit inside the car and pop the clutch once fast enough. with the key in the on position and in 1st gear.
