fitting a muffler in for a Resonated MP ?

Was underneath my car today and was wondering how a dynomax ultra flo will fit into a midpipe. It seems like there is more space on the drivers side than there is on the pass. side.

So, my question is would the muffler need to be ....Center In......Center Out ? Or should there be an.... Offset IN.........Center Out ?

Also, the Dynomax is the quietest muffler that I've found from my research. If you don't feel like going through the trouble of making a Res. MP, just buy the one already made at the Rx-7 Store. It has the Dynomax Muff.

A 3" magnaflow oval in a 3" midpipe fits nicely.
