AN fitting blocking 1/2 opening in fuel rail

1 Attachment(s)
I recently sent my injectors to rc enginering for cleaning and when reinstalling them I noticed the shop who originally installed the fuel rail for me used a fitting so long that it blocks 1/2 of the hole for the injector. I am sure this is not good but do you think the car has not been getting enough fuel this whole time ? Also the fitting seems to be too thick and made a hair line crack in the rail when it was tightened. Guess its time to try out a new rail, was thinking the full function rail from rx7store.net Thanks

Get the FFe ones they use a orb (oring) fitting way better than NPT, toooooo many times people over torque npt and crack the receiver as you have experienced.
Injector flow was prob ok ish, do a quick compression test to put your mind at ease

I would just drill it out or grind it off with a Dremel tool bit.
Do you have the KNACK?
