I mounted my ballasts on the body ledge just beneath the headlight assembly. Fit fine, is close enough to the ignitor to avoid any problems, and doesn't have any clearance issues with the headlight when it retracts.

I don't want to come off as an ass, but I just hate it when people put HID's in their stock Civic housings and drive around blinding everybody. Thats why they made it illegal.

So how do you get proper cutoff? These lights remind me of when I was in an S2K. They lit up the whole road and on the sides of the road. Also had that multi color look at different angles. Please tell how you get your lights to look like that. I really like the look and how much more they light up the road.

I also hate those damn civics with HIDs blinding everyone, but with these, they serve the purpose of what they are made for...lighting up the road, not people in their cars.
