USDM Touring models were available in '94 only and came with a tinted glass moon roof. It's not too hot in CA summer with A/C but there is also a cover that snaps in place. Unfortunately it's not a sliding cover, so removal has to be done pulled over.

My 94 has a glass sunroof. I hate it...it gets so hot during the summer. Has anybody tried switching from glass panel to metal. I looked at the factory parts manual for both types of sunroof, it looks like all the mechanical operating parts are exactly the same for both. If so...anybody got a metal sunroof panel for sale?

Thanks for the offer but I rather keep it. I like having the glass roof for the rest of the year and then switch to metal during the summer.

I've never actually seen an FD with the glass sunroof. If it's not too much trouble, could one of you glass sunroof owners please post some pictures from both outside and inside the car. I'm just curious to see what it looks like. TIA

I didn't ever think it was anything rare. I find it's hard to find a 94' touring with out a glass roof.

Metal roof makes the interior too dark IMO. It's really nice how the tinted glass top slightly lightens the interior.
