fd3s strange noise while is braking ,video

Hello
Have anyone any idea why my car make this noise while i am braking ? even if i brake only with handbrake.
The noise come from right rear wheel
I have change until now ,brake pads with original mazda, disk rotors twice, toe control arm,all the bushings with mazda original, all the screws with mazda original, diff, wheel hub,new suspension showa oem mazda, brake caliper twice and rebuild both calipers with mazda rebuild kit.
Still the same
the car while accelerate is perfect no noise or bushing noise , aslo when crousing is perfect too no noise at all even with 220km+

Something is rubbing the brake rotor, could be the heat shield behind the rotor. You should be able to replicate this by turning the rotor around by hand. Could also be the rotor isn't on the hub good and flat.

it could be a bent hub, no matter how many rotors you change it will still wobble . take apart inspect shims at the end of the brake pads for grooves, also lubricate with antiseize compound and if noise goes away it is either the shims are wornout or the hub has runout.noise will come back till problem is fixed

Not that what I am going to say defines the issue, but to me, the sound is that of two non-smooth-surfaces rubbing together, or a non-smooth surface rubbing on something ridged or narrow. Is it possible that the tire is rubbing on something when the brakes are applied? Is the wheel interfering with something? You should see some rub marks where there is contact.

Unfortunately we can only troubleshoot so far off a video. It sounds like something at the edge of the rotor hitting something else, you'll have to get in there and see what's hitting and rubbing. It's not going to be the hub itself unless it's so loose that the rotor is wobbling on the hub as it goes around. Bad hub bearings are usually a growling sound.

if it is the rotor then why i didnt have noise while i am driving it? or if the wheel make some contact.
I will try to remove the shields from brake pads and try it

Some little update
I notice that if i wash the rims with a lot of water then the sound disappear and after some km then is back again.
If I lift the car for inspection and the wheel runs with out load i dont have any noice while braking.

Do you have the spreader springs on the pads? My rears used to make this odd groaning noise in light braking or rolling to a stop. YOUR sound honestly sounds more like creaking than rubbing to me.

^Yep, beat me to it. I left one of triangle shaped spreader springs off once and had a similar sound

I have replace the rear pads with original set from rhdjapan.
I don’t remember if the set it is coming with springs I will check it
