Asking for insurane quotes on a national forum is as inaccurate as asking for paint job prices.

Really, I suggest asking in the regional forum for other AZ drivers, and just calling around. Pick an FD vin and get some quotes.

Your BEST bet.....
Just call your local insurance agent. They won't charge a thing for a quote.

I know I know...talking to a live rep is difficult. It's past the 2000 and the internet is here. Just try and call....you'll like it :D

The main things to inquire about are coverage options and deductable.

That is what you are going to have to do. Quotes from one part of the states will vary with what you are quoted.

No fool I am just trying to to see and estimate.

I am not positive on what my coverage is costing since I haven't been able to drive it yet. I'm 18 now and in AZ so it might be a close estimate to what you will be paying. I'll look into it.

I have 21st right now and tried going through their website and it's a pain in the ass.

Why can't you just call an insurance agent and find out? Are you *that* lazy?

I have state farm,
The car is under my dad's company insurance and Im under it as an employee thus making the payment only 120$ a month for a 19 year old in Miami. =P

RxSeven1 02-24-04 07:28 PM

19
USAA - (ONLY AVAILABLE TO MILITARY OFFICERS OR OFFICER CANIDATES)
3200 full coverage
777 liability

When it was running it was about 2800 a year, now that its dead and not functional I insured it against vandalism and whatnot and its still costing 70 a month to have it sit in my driveway, ridiculous if you ask me.
Oh yeh I'm in bay area and have a few points on the record but no accidents, and I'm 20 and under my parents still.

I was 24 when I bought the FD 5 years ago, and state farm wanted $4000 just for ME! I told them :bgfuk: I put it under my father's name, and they still wanted $2000 for the year! Of course, now it's a lot cheaper, but these crazy cars had crazy insurnace back in the day.

We're lucky. Insurance companies are dumb as they think these cars get cheaper to fix as they get older :p:
