fan operation help
 

I was reading the service manual on the operation check of the electrical fan. It says to connect a batter leads to a switch. what type of swith is it talking about, just a 3 position switch? thanks for the help

Before you go monkeying around with your fans, please realize that they draw a lot of power and will easily fry most switches. I don't have the specs with me, but I'm pretty sure they draw over 15A. You need to be sure that your switch is capable of handling this much current without melting.


What exactly are you trying to do, by the way?

I believe they require 60A.
