Engine Not Idling

Hi All. I Am A New Member From Greece So I Am Sorry For My Poor English:) A Couple Of Months Ago I Bought A Tii Twin-turbo. Someone Told Me That The Twin Turbo Model Is A J-spec That Was Never Exported From Japan. Is It True?
My Problem Is That The Engine Is Not Idling At All. Even When Warm I Have To Heel-toe All The Time. And It Only Works Normal Over 2k. Below That It Works Like A 4cyl With 3 Sparks!!! Can Someone Help Me???

perhaps a blown engine, perhaps a severe vacuum leak

I Dont Think So Because Over 2k It Works Perfectly. They Told Me That I Have Problem At The Bac Valve And That I Can Just Remove It Totaly! Can I Really Do That?
