engine cut ??? :-(
Hello guys
I have a engine cut (seems to be lighting but I'm not sure) when the engine speed with full load (WOT) is around 5000 to 6000 RPM and more…. I've gor a PFS pink piggy back, full HKS exhaust (with high flow cat), HKS suction kit, HKS twin ignition power and big SMIC. I noticed that it was not the case on the 1rst and 2nd gears, only on 3,4 and 5. My air/fuel ratio gauge is rich when it occur. What do you think about it ???? thank you |
How high is your boost getting? What kind of Air/Fuel Gauge do you have?

the A/F gauge is a OBX one... not very precise but it gives me an idea...
boost is around 0,7 - 0,8 bar .... = 11,6 psi |

If I understand, I 've to relocate my knock sensor isnt'it ? But where ?
a Fuel Cut Defenser is not needed ? thanks |

Rear housing (same location on the housing, just move it from the front housing to the rear). This may or may not fix the problem, but it's the first place to start. |
