Engine builder question?

Hey guys I'm in the process of finding the right FD for me. I've been looking around and see that lots of FD's for sale that have new engines. One that I cme accross looked really good. The engine had been built by Japtrix in Flordia. Do any of you guys know about Japtrix? I know they have one fast FC, 9-10 sec car.
