Endless Mx72 Pads

Looking for more info or some reviews for these pads. Will be ordering SBG wilwood kit soon and trying to decide what pads to go with. Car will be tracked every now and then, but def not dedicated track car.

Those are good pads. I enjoyed them on my street car. Medium-low dust. No squeal. Great bite. Low fade. Pretty expensive and hard to source for track pads, but maybe it's different where you are.

Awesome, amazing on street and track and very long lasting in my experience. Not cheap at all, but given the longevity of the pads it works out IMO.

Years ago my brother and I did double-duty on his SSM FD, both open tracking HPDE at NJMP in different run groups. Stock calipers and MX72 (sourced from my main man Heath at SBG) all around. At the end of the weekend there was barely any wear when examined by the naked eye..... we didn't measure them so YMMV, but after a total of eight to ten 25-30 minutes sessions per day for an entire weekend I came away very impressed. Performance was on point, pedal feel and bite were great and they felt very confidence-inspiring. Would only make noise under very hard braking which I kind of liked to be honest. Can't say enough good things about them :icon_tup:

I agree on the price point they are pretty pricey. But if they can last twice as long as some hawk hp + and lower end pads i guess it would be worth it. Thanks for the input goodfella & narfle

So talked to SBG this morning and gonna go with ferrodo ds2500 just for cost effectiveness and not being a dedicated track car.

^Solid choice

Endless MX72's are not for dedicated track cars.

It's a street/track pad.

The Endless SS-Y is a more "street" pad - with performance for light track days.

Surprised they didnt sell you on the SS-Y, its a super low dust, high quality pad.

Yea was more after what the ss-y is described as but the price point on the ds2500 were very good comparable, it’ll be quite a while before the car is driveable. I’ll just have to wait and see!

Like $600 on your doorstep for the mx72s.

Topolino 02-09-18 09:15 AM

^Actually, less than $400 shipped from Japan for a stock setup.

ptrhahn 02-09-18 10:58 AM

That's outrageous for a street pad.

Google is your friend, friend. ;)

Suggest you do a tad better search for a full set. Hint: RHD+Japan
