Electrical problems need help
 

Well after my recent rebuild I have noticed a few annoying but not seemingly dangerous bugs with my electrical system. The first thing that I noticed was that my stock alarm won't seem to arm anymore. It used to beep when I locked my door but it doesn't anymore. I can't seem to locate this problem but there is another problem that bugs me even more. I noticed that when I turn my parking lights on my seat belt light comes on and stays on. The funny thing is that when I step on the brakes the light fades and when I turn the turn signal on the light alternates with the blinker. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing any of these problems. The alarm I can live with but the seat belt light is driving me nuts because I don't like idiot lights coming on when I am driving down the road. I am paranoid enough with the car as it is and that is the last thing that I need. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
