electrical problem..please help!!

Ok heres the deal...I have all power through out the car...headlights,interior lights, door ajar warings, horn works, emerg. flashers work...but the car will not start(does not crank at all) and i noticed that the blinkers will not work when the igniton is on..yet my lights and all other electronics work while ign is on....so i stuck my hand under the dask pulled a few wires and it got power and cranked over well.........my question is which wires would cause this to happen...could the blinker wires be the problem? I have no idea on this one

Possibly loose connector on the left side of the steering column where a turbo timer might have been plugged in or butchered in ? ? ? ?

the turbo timer works fine though....but would the power for it run off of the same power supply or wire as the turn signals? btw..the turbotimer harness and wires look good

I believe the turn signals will only work if the car is in the running position of the ignition, so I would say the TT is a possibility since it kills the ignition.

If you have the FD specific harness you can just unplug the TT and bypass it for the time being and see if it solves your problem.

ok I checked it out and unpluged the TT and still nothing....looked at alot of the wires and conections under the wheel and dash and didnt see any loose connections or melted wires.........I took it down to rx7store for the same problem last week and we found a fuse that was melted on the foglights..even though i dont have foglights anymore and after that it ran fine( just disconnected all the wires)..now the same problem....not sure what it could be this time
